From the WTF data comes Ontario’s Science Centre’s web hosting of this Cheetos Museum the 2009 mom’s weekend.( day****)

what exactly is a Cheetos museum?

It’s a cellular, immersive, marketing experience for Cheetos.

Was there any science you ask?

Nope.

The "promotional activity" (that is what it was known as because of the Ontario Science Centre in a now no longer hosted webpage online) involved looking for Cheetos with recognizable forms, moving on a Cheetos branded swing, and using pictures with Cheetos’ mascot Chester.

So why would the Ontario Science Centre have hosted it?

Money?

I imply it is tough to imagine it had been indeed there for almost any various other explanation offered there is zero content that is scientific. The timing also seems to suggest money as the likelihood is that Mother’s Day weekend is one of the Science Centre’s busiest of the year – and that would command higher dollars.

All this to say, a exhibit that is live the technology of advertising and marketing junk food to young ones, by advertising junk meals to young ones, probably is not one I would have suggested towards the Ontario Science Centre.

(And I do not believe the Ontario Science Centre is perhaps all that proud of it either given there’s perhaps not a tweet or a Facebook post from their store to be enjoyed about any of it certain advertising task.)
